If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with a product bought from our website, we welcome you to return new or gently used items for a full refund to your original method of payment, provided the return is initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Return Guidelines:

  • 30-Day Return Window: You may return products for a full refund if you submit your return request within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • 31-60 Days Return Window: Returns initiated from 31 to 60 days after the purchase are eligible for online credit (if sent back by mail) or store credit (if returned in-store).
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required to facilitate your return. This could be your order confirmation email or receipt.
  • Product Condition: All returned items should be in new or gently used condition to be eligible for return.

Returns by Mail for Alisiiakholli Purchases

For items purchased from Alisiiakholli, you have the option to return your items by mail at no cost. To facilitate a smooth return process, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Pre-Paid Return Shipping Label: You can request a pre-paid return shipping label from our website. Once you receive the label, attach it securely to your package.

  2. Packaging Your Return: Carefully package the product you wish to return, along with any original accessories, manuals, and documentation, to ensure it arrives in good condition.

  3. Drop Off Your Package: Take your sealed package to the nearest shipping carrier location to send it back to us.

  4. Return Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 30 days for processing. We will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the transaction on your account.

Refund Information:

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Please be aware that original shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded unless the return was due to an error on our part.

Return Policy for Alisiiakholli Purchases

Items purchased from Alisiiakholli must adhere to the following return guidelines:

  1. Return Time Frame: Items purchased from Alisiiakholli may be returned by mail or in-store only within 60 days of the purchase date. Returns made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Condition of Items: To qualify for a return, items must be in new or gently used condition. Returns will not be accepted for items that are not in satisfactory condition or that lack the original packing slip.

  3. Missing or Damaged Items: We cannot provide replacements or refunds for orders or items reported as missing or damaged if we reasonably believe they were delivered to a parcel forwarding company.

  4. Exchanges: Alisiiakholli does not offer exchanges by mail for purchases made on our website or on third-party marketplaces. However, we are pleased to offer exchanges for new or gently used products at any of our store locations within 60 days of purchase.

  5. Klarna or Afterpay Purchases:

    • If you paid for your order using Klarna and we receive your new or gently used item within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund to your Klarna account. Your payment plan will be adjusted accordingly.
    • If we receive your item between 31 and 60 days after purchase, the purchase price will be refunded as an online credit, which can be used at www.alisiiakholli.com but cannot be redeemed in-store. Please note that this credit will NOT be applied to your Klarna account, and you must continue making payments as per your original agreement.

If there is a discrepancy between the return policy and procedures printed on the AlisiiaKholli original packing slip and the information provided above, the information provided above governs the return of your AlisiiaKholli.com purchase.
* If you paid with Klarna, and AlisiiaKholli receives your new or gently used item within 30 days of purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to a credit or debit card of your choice. This refund will NOT be applied to your Klarna account and you MUST continue to make payments to Klarna per the original agreement.

This refund will NOT be applied to your Klarna account and you MUST continue to make payments to Klarna per the original agreement.
For new or gently used items returned in a AlisiiaKholli store, please provide any of the following: an original packing slip, AlisiiaKholli.com Order or Shipping Confirmation email, the AlisiiaKholli.com order on your mobile device or your Beauty Insider information. Your return will be processed according to this refund and exchange policy. Any products not verifiable within our system will be ineligible for a refund, exchange, or credit.

 

Online Purchase Return Procedures

Here are two easy ways to return your item from a AlisiiaKholli.com or a third-party marketplace order*:

1. AlisiiaKholli.com Returns by Mail

♦ Using the link above indicate which items will be returned and the reason for each return.**

♦ No packing slip is needed if the Prepaid Return Label is used.

♦ Package your return item in the manufacturer's product box and AlisiiaKholli packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.

♦ Print the Prepaid Return Label or request a printerless FedEx, DHL Mobile Return Code (if available) from the link above.

♦ Drop off the package at one of the specified FedEx, DHL locations.***

♦ Track your return using the link above.

♦ You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

It takes up to 30 days to process returns and credit your account or to issue an online store credit. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

* Items purchased at AlisiiaKholli stores, Buy Online Pickup in Store purchases, Same-Day Delivery orders and AlisiiaKholli items ordered on Instacart, Doordash or Shipt cannot be returned by mail.

** Gift Cards, certain AlisiiaKholli Favorites Kits and some intimate care items are final sale and cannot be returned by mail or in store.

*** Items with specific shipping restrictions (hazmat items) are not eligible for printerless returns and must be returned via USPS. 

2. AlisiiaKholli.com Returns to Store Location

Visit any free standing AlisiiaKholli to return an item purchased from AlisiiaKholli.com or third-party marketplace within 60 days of purchase. Please bring any of the following: an original packing slip, AlisiiaKholli.com Order or Shipping Confirmation email, the AlisiiaKholli.com order on your mobile device, your Beauty Insider information. Additionally, please bring the debit or credit card you used to place your order. Returns made within 30 days will be refunded to the credit or debit card of your choice. Returns made within 31-60 days will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit that can be used in a Sephora store, but not online at AlisiiaKholli.com.

Gift Returns

If you are returning a AlisiiaKholli gift that you received by mail and do not want the refund to go to the purchaser, please visit your local AlisiiaKholli store for assistance with an exchange. Please bring any of the following: an original packing slip, AlisiiaKholli.com Order or Shipping Confirmation email, or Gift Receipt email. Do not make a return by mail.
