Pre-Procedure Instructions

  1. Consultation
    • Discuss your medical history and disclose any medications, supplements, or allergies.
    • Ask questions about the procedure, products used, expected results, and aftercare.
  2. Medications and Supplements
    • Avoid blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen, NSAIDs) for at least 1-2 weeks before the procedure, as directed by your healthcare provider.
    • Discontinue the use of supplements such as fish oil and vitamin E that may increase bleeding.
  3. Skin Care
    • Keep your skin hydrated by drinking plenty of water and using moisturizers.

  4. Dietary Considerations

  5. Avoid Smoking
