- Medications and Supplements
- Avoid blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen, NSAIDs) for at least 1-2 weeks before the procedure, as directed by your healthcare provider.
- Discontinue the use of supplements such as fish oil and vitamin E that may increase bleeding.
- Skin Care
- Keep your skin hydrated by drinking plenty of water and using moisturizers.
